Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The majority of our memberships are on a month to month basis.
Is there someone that can help me on the equipment?
Yes. We offer all new members a full orientation to learn about both the cardio and the weight equipment. In addition, during staffed hours, a trained fitness professional is available to answer your questions. Fit For Her also has a variety of workout programs, depending on your fitness level, to help you get started. Most locations do offer personal training for an additional fee.
Do you offer fitness classes?
Yes. Most locations offer a variety of the most popular fitness classes today, ranging from “Yoga” to “Boot Camp” to “Zumba”. Your location can provide you with a schedule of the classes they offer. Most locations are also equipped with a DVD system / video screen allowing members to view fitness videos in the workout room whenever you like.
Can I access the facility 24 hours per day?
Yes. The facility is open 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The doors to the health club are always locked and you access the facility via an electronic key card.
Is the children's area supervised?
The children’s area is unsupervised, although television monitors at the individual cardio stations can be tuned to a channel that allows you to view the children’s area while working out.
Can I bring a friend to workout with me?
Sure. We encourage you to bring a guest! Just pick up a one-day guest pass in the office. This pass allows your friend to use all the facility amenities on a single visit.
Do you offer group rates?
Some locations offer group packages; please check at the location you workout for more information.
Is there some kind of routine or circuit training you could get me started on when I first join?
Yes. Fit For Her has a variety of workout programs to share with members, depending on your fitness level. Most locations also offer personal training for an additional fee.
Do I have to have an appointment to come and take a tour of the facility?
No. Just stop by during office hours which are typically from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday.
How do I get in the facility when the staff is not there?
